Payments

As soon as you decide to use Becca please advise her of your wedding date and time.
Becca will issue you the booking form to show to show the deposit .

All bookings are only confirmed upon payment of deposit to Becca’s bank account.
The deposit is non refundable and will be subtracted from the final invoice due before the wedding day.

28 days before the wedding date please confirm with Rebecca final numbers for the wedding day.
Becca will issue final invoice based on these numbers which will be due for payment in Becca’s bank account 14 days before wedding.
On peak wedding days the minimum number for a booking is a Bride plus 3 other adults.
Any reduction in wedding party numbers after issue of final invoice will not affect invoice value.
Any increase in wedding party numbers/ changes in requirements after issue of final invoice may be possible by prior agreement with Becca and payment of any extra cost 48 hours before wedding day.

Cancellation Policy

If wedding is cancelled for reason outside Becca control before issue of final invoice the client will loose deposit and be liable to pay for any travel/accommodation costs Becca has incurred.
No monies will be refunded if wedding is cancelled for any reason outside Becca control once final invoice has been issued.

If due to sickness or ill health Becca is unable to attend your wedding day, she will find a suitable replacement and transfer all money paid, along with details of the makeup required from the trial. Please note this has never happened before, and Becca is in a large network of professional makeup artists so will be able to find the best possible replacement.
